Grand Oaks Reserve

Grand Oaks Reserve was a unique new golf construction project with a regulation 9-hole golf course, a 9-hole par 3 golf course, and a putting course over an acre in size. The golf course site is in flood plain and floods often. This required us to use an approach of minimal earthwork requiring precise grading/shaping for surface drainage as the engineers felt sub-surface drainage would fail over time due to flooding. The site has flooded twice since completion and was not damaged.
